About The Rozu:

The Rozu is a self-care company founded by myself, Jackie Aranda, in 2019 that was created with the goal to positively affect the mental health of its customers. This is achieved by providing more opportunities for people to participate in their own self-care using crystal healing, chakra healing, herbal healing, and aromatherapy.

The Rozu initially started off as a consignment store until 2020 when the  COVID-19 lockdown began and I started to take self-care more seriously.  It was a scary time, and I knew people needed some self-care in their lives so from that point on I revamped The Rozu to focus on helping others spiritually, mentally, and physically. I then created my first bath bomb theme Self-Love followed by many more. As time went many other self-care products were added to the Rozu such as: salt soaks, shower steamers, crystals, crystal rings, crystal bracelets, essential oil rollers, and herbs.

The Rozu only sells Handmade, Vegan, Cruelty Free Self-Care Products🌹

The Rozu is an online store based out of San Antonio, Texas but plans on eventually opening a retail location! 

 

About The Owner - Jackie Aranda:

Hi! My name is Jacqueline Aranda and I am a 26 year old self-taught small business owner. Specifically, I am the shipping department, packaging team, social media manager, product creator and designer, bookkeeper, and the sole employee of The Rozu. My entire life I was dedicated and passionate to become a part of the medical field, specifically a plastic surgeon. I worked hard to get my bachelors degree in Public Health with a Concentration in Human Behavior Sciences from The University of Texas at San Antonio, and I was accepted into a surgical technician program for my masters.

My life took a very dramatic turn when covid hit. I personally was not able to learn properly with the unexpected shift from in person class to solely virtual, especially for something as important as assisting in surgery. After a chat with the school dean, we came to a mutual agreement that it was best for me to drop out of the program to pursue my dream of starting a small business. He was very supportive and assured me that if I wanted to come back if things didn't work out, that the applications are always open. It was a perfect ending to a chapter in my life, and a beautiful start of another.

I have now been running my small business for over 3 years, shipping products l've created and crystals l've gathered all over the United States. I am blessed and grateful to be able to do what I love full time, and I’m thankful to have so many beautiful supporters and customers. I handmake and package every single order with so much intention, care, and love, because I want you to feel cared for! ❤️ I will keep growing and expanding to help people heal with crystals, herbs, aromatherapy.

I have a goal of gaining my first employee and even an in-store shop in San Antonio, Texas by the end of next year! Until then, I shall keep working hard, on the good and even the bad days, l'II never lose hope or determination!
