At The Rozu, we aim to provide affordable and reliable shipping options for all orders while ensuring your items arrive safely and promptly. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Methods

Orders Under 1 lb:
- Shipped via USPS First Class Mail, the most affordable option for lightweight items. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipping.

Orders Over 1 lb:
- Shipped via USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery and additional tracking features. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after shipping.
Shipping Costs
- Flat-rate shipping of $4.99 for orders under $50.
- Free shipping on orders over $50.
Shipping Availability
At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States.
- Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
- However, if you’re located in these areas and would like to place an order, please email us at therozustore@gmail.com. We’re happy to work with you to arrange shipping for an additional cost.

Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Responsibility
While we take great care to ensure your order is packaged and shipped promptly, we are not responsible for shipping delays, errors, or lost packages once your order has been handed off to USPS.
- For delivery issues, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, check with your local post office or carrier for more information.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at therozustore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
