This salt soak is made with the herbs and oils that will help and heal the Aries sign. This is also great to use during Aries season in general so you don't need to be an Aries to enjoy the benefits from this soak :) Below are the ingredients I chose for this theme and why I chose them:
- Pour ½-1 cup of the salt soak into a warm/hot bath. You could also just do a handful too! Use your hand to mix the water around
- Soak for approximately 20-40 minutes; drink plenty of water during and after.
- For optimal detoxing results, take a salt bath once or twice a week.
Lemon Essential Oil: for promoting the removal of Amy mental exhaustion, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and nervous tension.
Peppermint Essential Oil: to help east the ambitious Aries who will find themselves rejuvenated, refocused and ready for a fresh start.
Orange Essential Oil: to help remind us that life is limitless- full of opportunity and spontaneity
Hibiscus to help us know that “All is Well”.
Chamomile to bring blessings and prosperity.
Calendula to teach us that life doesn’t need to be so difficult and we can still flourish in abundance.
Epsom Salt to help soothe and soften the skin.
Pink Himalayan Salt to recharge your energy/aura and to cleanse from any unwanted energies
